GP225 Drip proof specifications (-C00) – perbezaan daripada jenis standard
Drip proof specifications disediakan untuk MOTOMAN-GP225 (YR-1-06VX225-C00), GP180 (YR-1-06VX180-C00) dan GP180-120 (YR-1-06VX180-120-C00). Manual tambahan hanya menerangkan bahagian yang berbeza daripada arahan standard -A00 (HW1484398). Selebihnya sama seperti jenis standard.
Terdapat dua Point of Difference:
- Grease for gear and each axis speed reducer berbeza.
- IEC protection class badan manipulator ialah IP65 (badan standard IP54).

Cecair berikut boleh merosakkan atau menghakis bahagian getah manipulator (gasket, oil seal, O-ring, dll.). Jangan gunakan:
- Organic solvent
- Chlorine-based cutting fluid
- Amine-based cleaning fluid
- Corrosive substances seperti asid, alkali atau cecair yang menyebabkan karat
- Cecair lain yang tidak tahan oleh nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR)
Jangan juga gunakan cutting fluid atau cleaning fluid yang mengandungi bahan kimia yang tidak diketahui. Selepas menanggalkan gasket untuk penggantian bahagian atau penyelenggaraan, sentiasa gantikannya dengan yang baharu.

Jika manipulator dibiarkan tidak beroperasi pada suhu rendah (sekitar 0°C) untuk tempoh lama, friction torque of the drive unit adalah besar dan penggera mungkin berlaku apabila dimulakan. Dalam keadaan itu, lakukan break-in selama beberapa minit.
Basic Specifications
Ketiga-tiga jenis ialah Vertically articulated, 6 Degree of freedom, Floor-mounted, Repeatability 0.05 mm, Payload U-arm 30 kg, Power requirement 5.0 kVA, pengawal YRC1000 (ERAR-1000-06VX280-□), 73 dB or less. Range of Motion S-, L-, U-, R- dan T-axis sama untuk ketiga-tiganya: S-axis ±180°, L-axis −60° hingga +76°, U-axis −86° hingga +90°, R- dan T-axis ±360°.

Di mana arahan standard menyebut Molywhite RE No.00 untuk gear and each axis speed reducer, baca sebagai RV grease LB00. Manual tambahan tidak memberikan amaun gris atau kitaran; ikut halaman penyelenggaraan.
Air line dan connector
- Bilangan air hose bertambah daripada 1 kepada 2. Air inlet 1/2 dan Air outlet 1/2 ialah Rc3/8 with a pipe plug.
- Connector mempunyai penutup (cap). Sediakan connector pasangan sendiri.

Internal Connections juga berbeza daripada jenis standard. Semasa mendawai overrun limit switch, berhati-hati dengan lead wire: huruf pada marker tube adalah sama di dua tempat (LB1 dan LD1).
