GP25 variants
Besides the standard specification (-A00 / -A01), the GP25 comes in four variants, each with its own instructions or supplemental instructions. Anything not described here is the same as the standard type.
Drip-proof specification (-C00)

The ambient temperature is 0 to +45 °C. The amount of grease for the S-, L- and U-axes (1650 / 750 / 370 g) is the same as the standard type. The drip-proof specification has its own instructions and maintenance manual.
Food grade grease specification (-F40)
The -F40 is based on the drip-proof specification; only the grease differs. It is for handling applications only.
- The ambient temperature is +15 to +45 °C. If the manipulator starts after being left out of operation near 15 °C for a long time, an alarm may occur because the friction torque of the drive unit is large, so breaking in the R-axis is recommended.
- Body IP65, wrist part IP67, approx. mass 265 kg.

The recommended spare parts list CASSIDA grease EPS00 (19 kg), Harmonic Grease HFL-1 (2.5 kg) and CASSIDA grease EPS02 (19 kg).
Wall-mounted S-axis ±90° specifications (-A50)
A standard GP25 is limited to S-axis ±30° when wall-mounted. The -A50 can use the S-axis up to ±90° when wall-mounted. In exchange, the wrist payload and the mass change considerably.

The S-axis mechanical stopper can be set at 30° pitch intervals (±30°, ±60°, ±90°); ±90° is the standard setting. When you move the stopper, also adjust the pulse limitation of the S-axis.

Form cutting specifications (-A80)
The -A80 uses high-accuracy speed reducers for the basic axes (S-, L- and U-axes). That is the only difference, and it changes the speed reducer replacement kits in the recommended spare parts.
